Returns & Refunds*
Our no hassle return policy provides you 14 days to decide if our product is perfect for you. We take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of every item that we create here @ This Roaming Life and the items that our Affiliate Vendors have created all get This Roaming Life’s personal stamp of being better than awesome, plus any 2nd hand item we sell are all chosen for their quality, charm and charisma, if we wouldn’t wear it ourselves it won’t be sold here. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your selection, you can exchange or return the merchandise to us for a full refund.
Contact us email@example.com as soon as possible so we can guide you through the returns process as swiftly as possible. In order to assist the return process, you may be required to send us images of the damage, defect or fault for preliminary assessment. Send your return to us via the shipper of your choice; and include a prepaid package unsealed within your returned parcel in order for us to send out an exchanged product, (Shipping and freight charges are non-refundable with the exception of damaged or defective merchandise). You pay for any postage costs shipping the item back to us. (It is always advised to receive a tracking number and to retain the receipt for your records.) Please return your order in its original form (items that were received unassembled must be returned unassembled), secure packaging and include a copy of your invoice.
Our exchange policy only applies to items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us immediately or within 14 days of delivery. firstname.lastname@example.org
